MP Bhoj Open University Admission 2019

Currently, it offers various programs at undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate level including B.A, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, B.Com, M.Sc, M.Com, MSW, MA, MLIS and MCA. In addition to the regular courses, Bhoj University also offers PG Diploma in various disciplines along with B.Ed in Open & Distance and Special Education. The university conducts semester examination at the designated centers and students can obtain the exam results along with timetable and syllabus for the courses through the official MPBOU website.

• For UG programs, candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
• For Bachelor in Information and Lib. Science (BLIS) course, candidate must possess any Graduation degree.
• Students who have passed any UG or PG degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for B.Ed course.
• To know more about B.Ed Special Education eligibility, candidate should check the latest B.Ed Admission Notification.
• Any Bachelor’s degree holders are eligible to apply for MSW, MA, MBA and PG Diploma programs.
• Graduation degree in Mathematics is required for MCA admission while a degree with Science is mandatory for M.Sc program.
• Admission to all the Courses Offered by MPBOU is based on merit in the qualifying examination
• In case of  B.Ed & M.Ed programs, students have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by MPBOU.
• Students can submit the application forms through the official MPBOU Online Admission portal.
• The application forms can be obtained from any of the regional centers of the university. The cost of application form is INR 150 (BA, B.Com, B.Sc) and INR 300 (PG Courses)
• The registration fee and course fee, both, must be paid online through MP Online kiosks at any of the MPBOU regional centers.
• Last date for submitting applications (with late fee) is October 15, 2018. 
• The university conducts face to face contact classes of 12 days for students at its regional centers. The students have to maintain at least 75% attendance during the coursework.

MP Bhoj Open University Application Process

Students are advised to follow the below-mentioned steps at the time of registration for UG, PG and Diploma programs. All details are required to be filled correctly with due attention.

1. The information brochure can be obtained from any regional center by paying the registration fee at MP Online Portal in favor of ‘The Registrar ‘through DD Challan. The registration fee is INR 150 for B.A. / B.Sc. / B. Com courses and INR 300/- for other courses.
2. After payment of the application fee, the candidate has to present the required documents to prove their eligibility, after which they can get their filled application form signed by the head of the regional center.

3. After getting the form signed, the candidates have to visit the nearest MP online kiosk center to fill the application form. On the basis of application, the candidates will receive their transaction ID.
4. On payment of the course fee, the controller will provide three copies of the filled application form to the aspirant, namely, Student’s copy, Kiosk Center’s copy & study center’s copy.
5. After completion of the application process, roll numbers will be allotted to the students. In case of any admission related query, aspirants may contact to the:

Note 1: Apart from the registration fee, a separate fee (M.P online portal fee) of INR 30/- has to be paid for DCA courses & INR 40 for other courses. Students must note that this amount is not included in the application fee.

Note 2: Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories have to submit the domicile & caste certificate issued by the competent district authority.
